On my visit it was a wet day so I took the road route, there is a side road that goes over the wall and then runs along giving a view of the wall from the north, these are the images I managed to get.

You could also access this section of the wall from Cawfields Quarry going west. See Cawfields Roman Wall and Milecastle 42 for information You can also get a driving view by following a small road that goes over the wall and then runs along to the north of it, before re-crossing the wall further along at Steel Rigg.
